Good location outside of busy area, 5 minutes walk to seven eleven shop, few restaurants, good massage places and pubs just next door, 10-20 minutes taxi to Pattaya beach and famous walking street, easy access to raxis, room size was good and bathroom was bigger than most, clean room, breakfast was good but somewhat limited

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, our 2 rooms were very clean and spacious, amazing shower, bath and facilities. swimming pool on the top of the building had amazing views. We highly recommend this hotel!

for me it was the location Staff very welcoming & any issue’s were sorted very quickly Room very spacious & clean great shower & bath views of Jomtiem & the sea nice roof top pool to chill
